The Rosewood was launched in 2022 by owner and lead aesthetician Amanda Smith. With a passion for helping others to feel their best, she has always dreamt of opening her own spa to provide a safe, comfortable and relaxing place where people can truly be themselves. To launch the spa here, in her hometown of Huntsville, makes it all the more special!
Amanda has a diploma in esthetics and is a certified sugarist. She has been honing her vision for The Rosewood through 17+ years of experience in a number of different spa settings: at a resort, at a high-end Toronto medi-spa and most recently managing a busy, local day spa. Her speciality is personalized skincare; she loves getting to know her clients’ unique skincare needs and offering tailored treatments and product recommendations to help them achieve healthy, glowing skin.
Chantal Lazure is a natural fit for The Rosewood, driven by her passion for helping clients look and feel their very best. With over a decade of experience and a diploma in Esthetics from Fleming College, she specializes in relaxation massage and facial treatments, creating personalized experiences that leave clients feeling refreshed, restored, and cared for.
Known for her calming presence, Chantal is dedicated to creating a welcoming space where clients can slow down, unwind, and leave feeling renewed.

With over 15 years of experience in the spa industry, she is a talented and versatile practitioner offering a wide range of services. From expert nail care to customized facials, body treatments, massage, and lash lift and tint services, Marlee brings both skill and attention to detail to every appointment.

A graduate of Modern Beauty College, Emma enjoys providing a variety of aesthetic services, with waxing, nail services, and lash lifts and tints being some of her favourites. She takes pride in helping clients leave feeling refreshed, confident, and well cared for.
Marley is passionate about helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and truly cared for. After graduating from the Aesthetics program at Georgian College, she discovered a love for dermaplaning and creating relaxing treatment experiences that leave clients glowing.
When she’s not at the spa, you’ll find her reading fantasy and romance novels, baking sweet treats, and spending quality time with her daughter.

Kristina, founder of Moore Beauty + Wellness, is a Registered Practical Nurse with a background in healthcare and medical aesthetics. She offers personalized, results-driven treatments designed to support both skin health and self-confidence. Her approach is rooted in care, education, and attention to detail, with a focus on natural, authentic beauty. Kristina takes time to understand each client’s unique needs and goals, creating a thoughtful experience that feels true to the individual.
